A Senior MQSoftware Architect will review your existing SOA and Integration management implementation for best practice compliance including business level reporting, transaction, problem, operations, and performance management. Based on this review, the Consultant will make recommendations for improvement and compile this information into a formal document containing the recommendations and plans for their implementation. Architecture Review deliverables:

Documentation of the existing Q Nami! and SOA/Integration management environment including business level reporting, transaction, payload, problem, operations, and performance management.
A formal Findings document describing compliance of the existing practices and environment with established best practices in the Q Nami! management community.
A list of recommendations for improvement of the existing environment and practices.
Proposed Implementation plans for each primary recommendation.

Architecture Review prerequisites:
