Q Nami! Process Modeling

Process Modeling deliverables:
- Well documented Q Nami! transaction pathway models for the specified business processes including documentation of all available and unavailable touch points in the data flow..
- Deployment and testing of the models in the Q Nami! environment.
- Note that this engagement normally involves only Q Nami! transaction pathway modeling. MQSoftware consultants can also model the same processes in external standards such as BPEL. Process Modeling prerequisites:
- An existing operational Q Nami! environment and fundamental knowledge of its operation or will develop one with this project.
- Personnel with knowledge of the business process and its components are available for interview by the consultant.
- Personnel with knowledge of the technical infrastructure underlying each business process activity are available for interview by the consultant.
- System and Q Nami! administrators for each affected system are available for the project to provide necessary logins.
Duration: Highly variable from 1 week to 1 year depending upon the number of processes to be modeled. The expected duration will be ½ - 2 weeks per business process depending on its complexity with an initial ½ week for basic procedures development and environment familiarization by the consultant.
