Q Pasa! Management Architecture Review

In such an engagement a Senior MQSoftware Architect will review your existing SOA and Integration management implementation for best practice compliance including problem, operations, and performance management. Based on this review, the consultant will make recommendations for improvement and compile this information into a formal document containing the recommendations and plans for their implementation. Architecture Review deliverables:
- Documentation of the existing Q Pasa! and SOA/Integration management environment including problem, operations, and performance management.
- A formal Findings document describing compliance of the existing practices and environment with established best practices in the Q Pasa! management community.
- A listing of Recommendations for improvement of the existing environment and practices.
- Proposed Implementation plans for each of the primary recommendations.
Architecture Review prerequisites:

- Appropriate personnel including Q Pasa! and middleware administrators, developers, and architects must be available for meetings and discussion.
Duration: 1-3 weeks depending upon the scope of the review and the size of the implementation. 2 weeks is the most common review engagement length.
