Architecture Review
Does your existing WebSphere Interchange Server implementation comply with established best practices? Are you getting the most from the WebSphere Interchange Server systems you have? Is your Interchange Server environment manageable? An MQSoftware Interchange Server Architecture Review can help you find out.
A Senior MQSoftware Architect will review your existing implementation for best practice compliance including disaster recovery, security, promotion and version control, application and system architecture, collaboration development practices, and problem management. Based on this review, the Consultant will make recommendations for improvement and compile this information into a formal document containing the recommendations and plans for their implementation.
Architecture Review deliverables:
- Documentation of the existing WebSphere Interchange Server environment including disaster recovery, security, promotion and version control, application and system architecture, collaboration development practices, and problem management.
- A formal Findings document describing compliance of the existing practices and environment with established best practices in the WebSphere Interchange Server community.
- A list of recommendations for improvement of the existing environment and practices.
- Proposed implementation plans for each of the primary recommendations.
Architecture Review prerequisites:
- Existing operational WebSphere Interchange Server environment and fundamental knowledge of its operation.
- Essential personnel including Interchange Server administrators, developers, and architects must be available for meetings and discussion.
Duration: 1-3 weeks depending upon the scope of the review and the size of the implementation. 2 weeks is the most common review engagement length.
