Architecture Review
Does your existing WebSphere Service Registry & Repository implementation comply with established best practices? Are you getting the most from the WebSphere Service Registry & Repository system you have? Are you managing your Service Registry & Repository environment? A MQSoftware Service Registry & Repository Architecture Review will help you find out. A Senior MQSoftware Architect will review your existing implementation for best practice compliance including Service Lifecycle definitions, procedures for steps in your service lifecycle, management - Service Level Agreement/Objective - metadata, service definition documents, and service dependency metadata. Based on this review, the Consultant will make recommendations for improvement and compile this information into a formal document containing the recommendations and plans for their implementation.
Architecture Review deliverables:
- Documentation of the existing WebSphere Service Registry & Repository environment including service lifecycle definition and procedures for each step in the lifecycle, service definition documentation and metadata, and WebSphere Service Registry & Repository procedures.
- A formal Findings document describing compliance of the existing practices and environment with established best practices in the WebSphere Service Registry & Repository community.
- A listing of Recommendations for improvement of the existing environment and practices.
- Implementation plans for each of the primary recommendations.
Architecture Review prerequisites:
- An existing operational WebSphere Service Registry & Repository environment and fundamental knowledge of its operation.
- Appropriate personnel including Service Registry & Repository administrators, users, and architects must be available for meetings and discussion.
