Overview:
This three-day technical training course presents an in-depth look at Q Nami including hands-on labs and real-life examples. This class will prepare the student to successfully deploy Q Nami! for transaction monitoring in their own enterprise. Topics include the installation and configuration of Q Nami! 3.0 modeling of transactions, event management and real-time monitoring. Students will learn to create transaction models, setup events, develop custom displays for transaction monitoring, as well as develop custom charts and reports. Additional focus will be placed on leveraging the power of Q Nami! for faster problem identification and resolution, access to real time transaction counts, real-time event management and more.
