In faxing or emailing a registration to MQSoftware, Inc., I understand that all courses are offered on a first come, first served basis. I understand that upon receipt of my registration form, MQSoftware, Inc. will immediately confirm my registration by emailing a REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION form back to me.
